Taniya is a Senior Software Engineer at ClayHR since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining the official Android application and leading the design and development of complex features, such as recruitment agencies and candidate relationship management, utilizing technologies like Java, Spring, and Hibernate. Previously, Taniya contributed as a Software Developer by implementing performance reviews and check-ins while collaborating with the product management team, gaining experience in Agile development processes. Taniya also has experience as a Data Scientist at Sabudh Foundation and completed an internship at EduRead. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, and a High School Diploma in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic College.
