Pankaj Jadhav

Pankaj Jadhav is an engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and management within the home appliances industry. Currently serving as MCTO Engineering Director and Principal Engineer at GE Appliances, a Haier company, since October 2021, Pankaj has previously held significant roles in the organization, including Principal Engineer and Senior Design Engineer. Prior to joining GE, Pankaj worked at Electrolux as Product Architect Manager, overseeing the development of top load washers for multiple markets. Pankaj's career also includes key positions at Godrej & Boyce, Onida, Samsung India Electronics, and Videocon Appliances, contributing to innovations in product design and quality assurance. Pankaj holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University and multiple degrees from premier institutions, including a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
