Adam Ray

Adam Ray is an accomplished entrepreneur and business advisor with extensive experience in deal sourcing and business acquisitions. As the founder of BizNexus since 2017, Adam developed innovative solutions for M&A, featuring a DIY marketplace with a substantial inventory of verified sell-side opportunities. In January 2024, Adam launched OmniSource™, a unique platform catering to corporate development and private equity teams. Additionally, Adam's role as a consigliere in Direct Investment focuses on advising and investing in SMBs pursuing growth through acquisitions. Previous ventures include founding BN.DIGITAL, and serving as an owner-operator in Prospect Hill Ventures, where Adam facilitated significant acquisitions and strategic transactions.
