Parminder Singh serves as the AVP for the Center of Enterprise Excellence team at Bizom, managing key customer relationships that generate significant monthly recurring revenue and overseeing a large team for enterprise project execution. Previously, Parminder held various positions at UrbanPiper, including Client Onboarding Manager, where successful SOP designs led to considerable increases in onboarding efficiency for major accounts like Zomato. Experience also includes key account management for Cafe Coffee Day and roles focused on business growth and operational management at other firms, including BreathingRoom.co and UniKwan. Parminder holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Chandigarh Group of Colleges.
