Richa Nayak has been gaining experience in HR roles since 2015, starting as an intern at Highrise Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Richa then worked as a Jr. HR Executive at Space-O Technologies, before becoming an Executive at KCS - Krish Compusoft Services. Currently, Richa holds the position of Sr. HR Generalist and Team Lead - HR Operations at Biztech Consulting & Solutions. Richa completed their Master of Business Administration from K.S. School of Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
