Kerensa Tiberghien has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kerensa is currently working at Bizzcontrol as the Head of Customer Success since May 2023, after previously holding the position of Customer Success Manager since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ovinto as a Senior Customer Success Manager where they guided companies in their Rail Freight Renaissance and visualized optimization opportunities in the Rail & Intermodal Freight Supply Chain using data-driven insights. Kerensa was with Ovinto from January 2021 to September 2021. Before joining Ovinto, Kerensa worked at Deliverect as a Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to January 2021. Kerensa'searlier experiences include working as a Clinical Research Associate/Coordinator at moveUP from October 2017 to October 2018, and as a PhD student at Ghent University from January 2014 to September 2017. Kerensa also had research internships at Georgetown University from March 2017 to May 2017 and at Aix-Marseille Université from September 2012 to March 2013.

Kerensa Tiberghien completed a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from Ghent University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Theoretical and Experimental Psychology from Ghent University from 2007 to 2013.
