Bill Scarbrough

Bill Scarbrough's work experience includes holding the position of Vice President for Health Solutions at The Bizzell Group, LLC since April 2022. Bill previously worked at PIRE from June 2011 to April 2022, where they served as a Senior Research Scientist and Center Director. Prior to that, they held the roles of Vice President and Senior Technical Director/Fellow at Macro International from April 2000 to June 2011. Bill started their career at CSR, Inc. in March 1993 as Vice President, conducting research and evaluation in various areas such as antipoverty policy and child and family services.

Bill Scarbrough received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Education from Syracuse University in 1981. Bill then went on to attend the University of Virginia, where they obtained their Ph.D. in Program Evaluation Methodology in 1986.
