Rhonda Waller, PhD has a strong background in academia and consulting. Rhonda then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Clark Atlanta University, attending from 1993 to 1995. Rhonda continued their education at Howard University, where they obtained their PhD in Educational Psychology from 1998 to 2002. Prior to their higher education, Rhonda attended University High School from 1983 to 1987.
