Talha Khawaja

Talha Khawaja has been working in software engineering since 2012. In that year, they began working as a Software Developer at Arnouse Digital Devices, where they built an application to run on Windows 8 touch and non-touch devices using XAML and C#, participated in architectural design discussions with senior executives, and used XNA 4. In 2013, they moved to SunGard - now part of FIS - as a Software Developer I, where they created and maintained regulatory web forms in SunGard Special Education application using C#, ASP. NET, JavaScript, and MSSQL, and worked on bug tracking, change requests, and task issues using Team Foundation Server. In 2017, they joined PowerSchool Group LLC as a Software Engineer, where they worked on PowerSchool Design System internal library to create and refine Polymer and Angular components, worked on Case Management using TypeScript and Polymer to create a functionality that allows users to track a student's progress through the Special Education process, and developed an WPF AES key generator application and back-end encryption process to encrypt and decrypt specific values in the database using C#. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Frontend Engineer at BizzyCar.

Talha Khawaja attended Farmingdale State College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Computer Programming & Information Systems with a focus in Computer Programming. In 2021, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
