Jacob Dole

Jacob Dole has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Jacob started their career in 2014 as a Production Enhancement Field Engineer at Halliburton. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing stimulation designs and techniques to improve oil and gas output. Jacob provided technical and operational expertise to external customers, conducted pre-planning and post-job analysis, and promoted safety awareness and environmental compliance. Jacob also interpreted real-time wellsite data, maintained data archives, trained new engineers, and researched and presented best practices for stimulation designs.

In 2017, Jacob joined BJ Energy Solutions as a Sales Engineer, where they worked until 2021. In this role, they were responsible for sales activities and providing technical support to customers. Jacob was later promoted to the position of US Operations Engineering Lead, where they led the engineering operations in the US.
