Vidal Fernandez Diez

Vidal Fernandez is an accomplished architect currently serving as an Associate Architect at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group since March 2021. Previously, Vidal held the position of Senior Associate Architect at Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners from May 2007 to March 2021, contributing to notable projects such as the 36-storey residential tower Anboto Dorrea in Bilbao and the new Terminal 3 at Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan. A key team member for the RIBA Stirling Prize-shortlisted NEO Bankside in London, Vidal has extensive experience in architecture and project management. Additional roles include a Design Realisation Practice Tutor at the Bartlett School of Architecture and work as an Architect at SIMON DANCE DESIGN LTD, where a significant refurbishment project was completed. Vidal earned a Master of Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and studied Real Estate Economics and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
