Cheryl Roberts is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee enrichment. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BJC HealthCare since March 2014, Cheryl is instrumental in developing HR practices that maximize employee potential. Prior to this role, Cheryl operated as a Human Resources and Organizational Design Consultant, establishing an HR framework for a senior living organization and successfully managing a significant transformational change initiative. Additionally, during tenure at Maritz from June 2004 to May 2010 as VP of Human Resources, Cheryl led HR strategies across multiple business units, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational redesign. Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
