Larry Vancil

Larry Vancil has extensive work experience in facility management and operations. Larry started their career in 1983 as an Assistant Store Manager at Kmart Corporation. Later, they joined St. Louis Children's Hospital in 1993 and held various roles there, including Manager of Environmental Services and Director of Facility Services and Public Safety. In 2023, Larry joined BJC HealthCare as the Executive Director of BJC Facility Operations.

Larry Vancil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University. Larry later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
