Prior roles at Christian Hospital within BJC HealthCare include Director of Patient Care Services, Manager of Patient Care Services, and Charge Nurse, starting from September 1994 until December 2008, with an earlier role as Staff Nurse from November 1993 to September 1994. Nancy Kadlec holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Maryville University of Saint Louis (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the same institution (2002-2004), along with a Registered Nurse Diploma from Lutheran Medical Center School of Nursing (1990-1993).
