Jenna De Haven has extensive experience in research and writing, currently serving as a Research Analyst at BJU Press since May 2016, where surveys are developed to enhance customer understanding and product improvement. Previously, Jenna held roles as Lead Copywriter and Copywriter at BJU Press, creating a wide range of digital and print advertising content and managing projects with minimal guidance. Prior to this, Jenna worked as a Graduate Assistant at Bob Jones University, aiding in teaching freshman English classes, and has held various positions in customer service, including roles as a Docent and Guard at the Bob Jones University Museum & Gallery, a Housekeeper at The Wilds Christian Camp & Conference Center, and a Childcare Assistant at Calvary Christian School. Jenna holds a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Bob Jones University.
