Katie Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in art and design management at BJU Press since July 2006, currently holding the position of Senior Manager overseeing over 30 creative employees. Throughout the career at BJU Press, Katie has successfully managed departmental workloads, collaborated with company leaders to enhance business efficiency, and implemented professional development initiatives. Previous roles include Page Layout Manager and Supervisor, where Katie focused on process optimization and employee development. Earlier in the career, Katie served at Bob Jones University in various roles, gaining foundational experience in customer service and fitness center operations. Katie holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Health, Fitness, and Recreation from Bob Jones University.
