Kelly North has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly started their career at SunTrust as a Financial Services Representative, where they administered financial accounts and loan applications. Kelly then worked as an Accountant at Southern Climate Control for five years. In 2006, Kelly joined BJU Press as a Curriculum Support Technician, where they analyzed and repaired technical issues with distance learning products, verified and input customer orders, and trained new employees. Kelly later became an Assistant Manager Press Customer Service at Bob Jones University, assisting in the oversight of the contact center's operation and resolving escalated customer situations. Currently, they hold the position of Director Customer Service at BJU Press, where they are responsible for overseeing the operation of the contact center, managing supervisors and curriculum support specialists, and preparing call center performance reports. Kelly's work experience demonstrates their expertise in customer service, operations management, accounting, and technical support.

Kelly North earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University, which they attended from 2007 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Greenville Technical College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Certificate in Small Business Management. And even earlier, from 1983 to 2001, Kelly North pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Math Education at Greenville Technical College.
