Chani Kovitz

Chani (Connie) Kovitz is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at BK Behavior Ventures, focusing on hiring RBTs and BCBAs across several states. They previously served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company and worked as a Risk Management Consultant at Preferred Home Care of NY. Chani completed a Master of Business Administration from Touro University Worldwide between 2015 and 2017 and gained early experience as a Sales Representative intern at MJM Fashion, where they managed client accounts.
