Maria Ekizian

Maria Ekizian is currently the Head of Technical Recruiting at ProducePay. Prior to this, they were the Lead Technical Recruiter at Green Dot Corporation from October 2018 to March 2021. Maria has also worked as a Principal Technical Recruiter at Olio Today Inc. from October 2016 to October 2018 and as a Technical Recruiter - Consultant at Fullscreen, Inc. from January 2016 to October 2016.

Maria has extensive experience in recruiting for technical and business roles, developing competitive sourcing campaigns, and filling critical software engineer roles on time with top tier talent. Maria is also experienced in sourcing, evaluating, networking, and hiring top tier talent. In addition, Maria has continuously improved the candidate experience and used hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions.

Maria Ekizian has a BS in Computer Science and Math from the University of La Verne. Maria also has a certification from the University of Southern California in Green Belt Six Sigma. In addition, they have a certification from CEB, now Gartner, in Talent Adviser Certification, Talent Acquisition Leadership Academy (TALA). Finally, they have a Human Resource Management Certificate Program from California State University, Long Beach.
