At BK Medical, serving as Marketing Operations Manager since July 2000, Monica led the implementation of CRM Dynamics, enhancing sales efficiency through the introduction of a quoting tool. Prior to this, Monica worked at Siemens Medical Systems - Electromedical Group from February 1991 to July 2000 as Senior Order Management Team Leader, where responsibilities included ensuring on-time delivery and streamlining communication between departments to improve order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
