Shahed Hossain is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer in the Product & Technology Division at bKash Limited, Shahed leads the storage, backup, and archive infrastructure management, overseeing a significant 7 PB storage environment. Previous roles at bKash include Senior Specialist and Deputy General Manager, where Shahed contributed to the company's evolution alongside prominent investors such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and strategic partners like Alipay. Early in the career, Shahed worked as Assistant General Manager at Information Solutions Ltd., Director of Customer Service at SCA IT Ltd., and Senior Customer Service Engineer at Computer Services Ltd. Shahed holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from The University of Asia Pacific.
