Emma Brown

Emma Brown is currently the Head of Tax Operations at BKL, where they work with Owner Managed Businesses throughout their life cycles, providing support on various commercial issues such as corporate restructuring and M&A transactions. With a diverse tax background, they are skilled in advising on both corporate and personal matters, with particular expertise in the Technology, Media, Recruitment, and Pharma sectors. Emma previously served as a Tax Partner at Wilson Wright, leading the Transaction Tax team and holding a significant role within the global Tax Committee of DFK International. They are a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the EISA, and have experience in roles at Robson Taylor Chartered Accounts and Baker Tilly. Emma earned a BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of the West of England.
