Brenda Lynch

Brenda Lynch is the current owner of BKLYNCH Associates. Brenda previously served as the Director of Human Resources for Dignity Health from December 2014 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the HR operations of two busy urban hospitals and led a team of HR managers and business partners.

During their time at Dignity Health, Brenda initiated, adapted, and led retention measures such as a new employee orientation program, new leader onboarding and training, a job description and compensation program, and HR metrics and intelligence to key leaders. Brenda also successfully transitioned multiple leaders either out of the organization or to more effective positions within the organization.

Brenda has a proven track record of being an effective HR leader in complex and matrixed labor and employee relations environments. Brenda is known for their ability to facilitate operational and cultural change while maintaining a focus on building a Human Kindness culture.

Brenda Lynch has a MA in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Brenda also has certification from Cornell University in Project Management Certification and from Community Associations Institute in Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
