Mahesh Paolini-Subramanya

Mahesh Paolini-Subramanya currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at BKN301, focusing on Banking-as-a-Service solutions in emerging markets. In addition, Mahesh provides advisory expertise to Klar, a leading digital bank in Mexico, and blufolio AG, a Swiss-based blockchain venture capital firm. With a strong background in technology leadership, Mahesh has held significant roles such as CTO at BlockFi, where the company achieved a $4 billion market cap, and CTO/EVP Engineering at Factom, specializing in Blockchain as a Service. Other notable positions include EVP Engineering at cielo24, VP R&D at Ubiquiti Networks, and co-founder and CTO at Vocalocity. Mahesh holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
