Zhili Wen

Zhili Wen is a seasoned data engineer with a diverse background in data analytics and machine learning solutions. Currently working at FedEx Dataworks since April 2024, Zhili previously held positions as a Data Analytics Engineer at BKO Services, Inc., where responsibilities included developing end-to-end data ingestion solutions and real-time monitoring systems for the oil and gas industry. Zhili also has experience in conducting complex data transformations at DataKind and serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston, focusing on data mining and statistical analysis. Additionally, a tenure as a Data Science Visiting Scholar at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory involved developing reinforcement learning algorithms for molecular structure identification. Zhili holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Southeast University.
