Dana Ramnarine

Dana Ramnarine is an accomplished talent strategist and HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the COO and creative talent strategist at rhum since April 2018, Dana also co-founded rhum west inc. In September 2023, Dana took on the role of Head of Talent at BKR Capital, providing strategic talent and HR management support. Dana contributes to the cleantech sector as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre. Additional roles include HR & Recruiting Lead for Carbon Counts Tech PBC and HR in Residence at the League of Innovators. Previous experience encompasses senior talent acquisition consulting at Timbre Games, Vice President of People at Portable Electric, advising at NextBillion.org, and recruiting at Galvanize and Expa. Education was completed at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2002.
