Bob Knakal

Bob Knakal is an accomplished real estate executive currently serving as Chairman & CEO of BK Real Estate Advisors since February 2024. Prior to this role, Bob held senior leadership positions at JLL, including Head of the New York Private Capital Group and Chairman of NY Investment Sales from September 2018 to February 2024, and at Cushman & Wakefield as Chairman of NY Investment Sales from January 2015 to June 2018. Bob was also the Chairman and Founding Partner of Massey Knakal Realty Services from November 1988 to December 2014 and served as Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial from July 1984 to November 1988. Bob Knakal graduated from The Wharton School with a BS in Economics, focusing on Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, in May 1984.
