Trent Ledrew

Trent LeDrew has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning several companies and roles. Trent currently serves as the Director HR Business Partner at BKV Corporation, where they collaborate with senior leadership on strategic priorities and implements scalable policies and processes. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional HR Manager for the Southern USA at Certarus Ltd. In their previous role at Schlumberger, Trent held various positions, including Senior HR Manager for Technology, Permian Basin, and California. During their time at Schlumberger, they successfully managed HR services and programs, developed staffing and retention strategies, and implemented innovative attraction and retention initiatives. Trent's earlier career at Geoservices also involved human resources management and operational roles.

Trent LeDrew has a diverse education history in the fields of Business Management, Community Recreation Leadership, and General Studies. Trent attended the College of the North Atlantic, where they pursued a program in Business Management. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Community Recreation Leadership from the same institution. Trent also completed coursework in General Studies at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

In terms of certifications, Trent has received training in various areas of Human Resources and Leadership Development. Trent obtained a certification in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn in August 2020. Trent also holds certifications in Advanced HR Management from CEB (now Gartner), Employee Engagement (Q12) Train the Trainer from Gallup, Leadership Development and Managing for Value from DDI (Development Dimensions International), and Unlocking Performance from DDI. Furthermore, they have completed a training program called "The Speed of Trust" offered by FranklinCovey.
