David Banta

David Banta is a Partner at BKV Group, where they have been actively involved since 2021. With 36 years of experience as an architect, David has specialized in Senior Living since 1999 and has designed various communities across the United States. They were previously associated with firms such as Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners, Inc., WDG Architecture, and CSD Architects. Educated at Virginia Tech, David earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from 1979 to 1984 and has presented their work nationally and internationally while engaging with AIA Design for Aging and Environments for Aging.
