Martin Zwyssig

Martin Zwyssig serves as the Group CFO at BKW AG since July 2023. Previously, Martin held significant leadership roles, including VP of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Belimo, a global leader in HVAC solutions, since April 2011. Martin's experience also includes serving as Group CFO at REHAU from April 2020 to July 2023, Group CFO at Autoneum from March 2014 to March 2020, Group CFO at Ascom Holding AG from August 2008 to February 2014, Group CFO at Schaffner Group from April 2003 to April 2008, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controlling at EMS-EFTEC, and Head of Controlling Division at Sarna Kunststoff Holding AG. Martin began the career as a Controller at UBS and worked as a Senior Consultant at HSP Consulting AG. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management and an M.A. in Accounting & Finance, both from the University of St. Gallen.
