Tina McEwan

Tina McEwan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tina began their career as a European Marketing Assistant at Sagentia Plc in 1997 and later worked as a Corporate Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young, specializing in corporate tax and international tax advisory. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Group Financial Controller for Renewable Zukunft, a biogas plant venture, where they implemented financial processes and controls for the UK and Austrian entities. Tina also worked as a Financial Controller at Green Energy Options Limited, providing financial and HR advice to support the company's growth strategy. Tina served as the Finance Director at Synermetric Ltd, where they were responsible for providing meaningful financial information for strategic planning and change management. Tina also held the position of Finance and Operations Director at International TechneGroup Inc, leading the Finance, HR, and Administrative function for the European subsidiary. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Villiers Park Educational Trust, focusing on promoting equality in education and careers for young people. Prior to that, Tina worked as a Business and Leadership Coach and CFO services provider at Cambridge Thinking Space, where they utilized their coaching qualifications and psychology background to support personal growth and professional development. Most recently, they joined Integrated Resources as a Consultant. In their current role, Tina brings their expertise as a CFO/COO to provide consulting services.

Tina McEwan has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended the University of Applied Sciences Landshut in Munich, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in European Business Studies. Tina then obtained their certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs in September 2000. In 2017-2018, they attended the Møller Institute and completed a Senior Executive Leadership Programme in Business Administration and Management.

In 2019, Tina pursued further education at the University of Cambridge, where they obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching. Continuing their educational journey, they attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2021 to 2022 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology.

Outside of their formal education, Tina McEwan also completed high school at Karl-Ritter-von-Frisch Grammar School in Moosburg, Germany. Tina'sstudies in high school focused on various subjects such as Maths, Business and Law Studies, English, and Chemistry.
