Jeremie Lukowicz, P.E. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in public works and municipal services. Currently serving as the Director of Municipal Services at BLA, Inc. since June 2022, Lukowicz previously held the position of Director of Public Works for the Village of Barrington from December 2018 to April 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Village Engineer for the Village of Villa Park from March 2015 to December 2018 and Engineer at Edwin Hancock Engineering Co. from May 2008 to February 2015. Lukowicz earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University.
