Emmanuel Turounet

Emmanuel Turounet currently serves as VP Customer Relations at BlaBlaCar since April 2023. Prior to this role, Emmanuel was the founder and managing director at CASSANDRA Conseil from April 2019 to June 2023, where Emmanuel successfully led the creation and operational implementation of a new B2C business unit for a satellite operator targeting high-speed Internet solutions in Europe and Africa. Emmanuel's extensive experience includes significant leadership positions at CANAL+ from 2007 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing large teams and driving cost reduction initiatives while improving customer service and sales performance. Emmanuel also held various roles at TPS from 1998 to 2007, managing customer relations, processes, and operational efficiencies, contributing to various successful migration and integration projects. Emmanuel is a graduate of ESJ Paris.
