Lisa Boland is an experienced professional currently serving as the Transformation & ICT Group Manager at Blaby District Council since December 2022. Lisa has held significant roles at Leicester City Council as the Service Analysis & Improvement Manager from August 2016 to December 2022, and previously worked at De Montfort University as an Infrastructure Officer.
