Darius Caffey

Darius Caffey, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Institutional Partnerships at BLACK ALPHABET NFP, where responsibilities include securing grants, managing submission calendars, and fostering donor relationships to increase funding and retention. As the Founder and CEO of The Closet Unlocked, Darius leads creative projects to amplify LGBTQ community narratives. Experience includes producing a talk show at Chicago Access Network Television, consulting for Joy Real Estate, and writing freelance for Medium. Darius has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Public Administration and multiple degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and furthering studies in non-profit management at Northwestern University.
