Felecia Hatcher

Felecia Hatcher is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Black Ambition, an organization founded by Pharrell Williams aimed at addressing the opportunity and wealth gap through entrepreneurship for Black and Latinx HBCU students. Since 2022, Hatcher has also been an advisor to Amazon's Black Business Accelerator, contributing to its racial equity commitment. As a Co-Founder and Partner of Blerd Factory, a technology consulting agency, Hatcher collaborates with major clients including Disney and Verizon. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Center for Black Innovation, Investor at Ice Cream Heaven, and Chief Popsicle at Feverish Ice Cream LLC. Hatcher is an author of two prominent books and has held various marketing and management positions across industries. Hatcher's educational background includes a degree from Lynn University and executive education at Harvard Business School.
