Mark Fitkowski is an experienced restaurant operations professional with a strong background in culinary leadership. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at Black Angus Steakhouse since November 2022, Mark has previously held similar roles at Romano's Macaroni Grill and multi-unit operations positions at Paul Martin's American Grill from 2012 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Mark served as Executive Chef at Ruth's Chris Steak House and McCormick & Schmick's from 2000 to 2012. Mark's culinary education includes studies at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena and The Culinary Institute of America, with a focus on research and development.
