Rudolph Duff

Rudolph Duff is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a System Engineer at Black Bear Technology Solutions, LLC since July 2024. Prior to this, Rudolph held multiple roles at ASCD from October 2011 to June 2024, including Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included managing Active Directory and optimizing system access across 168 servers, and IT Support, focusing on system installation and maintenance for Windows platforms. Additionally, Rudolph gained experience as a System Administrator at Goldbelt Eagle for a brief period in 2017 and at Perot Systems Government Services from August 2005 to September 2011, where tasks involved managing Windows operating systems within an Active Directory environment for 250 users. Rudolph holds a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification in Information Technology from Global Knowledge, completed in 2007.
