Stefano Mosconi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Stefano serves as Partner & Founder at Black Belt Consulting, overseeing a comprehensive range of digital services. In an interim capacity, Stefano leads product management at LeadDesk, a global CCaaS company. As a presentation and communication coach at Britemind, Stefano focuses on personal and professional growth. Involved with 52nd Ventures, Stefano contributes to building global companies as part of the first Venture Builder in the Nordics. As podcast host and Chief Energy Officer at the Nordic Leadership Network, Stefano enhances leadership skills among executives. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at Utopia Music, Digital Technology Transformation Director and VP of Software Services at Elisa, Business Angel with FiBAN, advisor at Smoothly, and mentor at Aalto University.
