Adrian Alarcon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service desk management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager for the Americas and Asia Pacific at Black Box since April 2014, Adrian successfully built and implemented the Global Support Center, overseeing all aspects of technical support and incident management. Previously, at Diebold Nixdorf, Adrian managed the North American service desk, optimizing processes to achieve significant cost savings and consistently meet customer KPIs. During a decade at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Adrian held roles including Dispatch Manager and Branch Operations Manager, recognized for outstanding employee satisfaction and significant cost reductions. Adrian studied at Saint Louis Community College-Meramec and completed secondary education at Crockett High School.
