Diarmuid Ryan has extensive experience in managed services architecture and client delivery, currently serving as Head of Managed Services Architecture and Client Delivery Director at Black Box since April 2009. With a progressive career, Diarmuid has held roles including Client Delivery Leader for Global Accounts and Service Delivery Manager for Key Accounts, focusing on client satisfaction and successful service delivery for strategic accounts. Prior experience includes IT Manager and Application Development Manager roles at Scottel Voice & Data, where Diarmuid contributed to significant revenue growth, and earlier positions in application development at MEDCareerNet and ASTech.
