Erik Jost

Erik Jost serves as the Vice President of Modern Workplace at Black Box, where responsibilities include driving innovation at the intersection of AI, platform strategy, and human experience. Previously, Erik held the position of Global Head of Digital Workplace Transformation at Wipro, managing a $4B+ portfolio, and has contributed as an Advisory Board Member for High Circle Ventures since July 2021. Erik's extensive career spans various roles, including Chief Strategy Officer at 1E and Vice President at NTT DATA Services, where leadership focused on digital workplace strategies and overall business performance. Holding a degree in Business Administration from Moorpark College, Erik's experience also includes significant military service as a System Network Administrator in the United States Marine Corps.
