Ted Martin is an experienced telecommunications professional with a solid background in engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Nortel/Avaya Noc and Site Engineer at Black Box since November 2020, Ted provides Tier 2/3 remote tech support and maintenance for a wide range of customers, particularly in the healthcare sector.
