Jill Rivoli is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality and equine education sectors, currently serving as the Director of Rental Operations at Black Butte Ranch since November 2022. Additionally, Jill Rivoli holds the position of Master Trainer at EAL Academy and has been a Board Member at Terra de Belos Cavalos since August 2016. As the Owner and Certified Equine Experiential Education Practitioner at New Perspectives - Equine Guided Education, Jill Rivoli focuses on various aspects of personal and professional development. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager at Rock Creek Cattle Company, General Manager at both The Bar W Guest Ranch and Greenhorn Ranch, and Equine Director/Head Wrangler at Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort.
