Jonathan Amsberry has a diverse background in both IT support and customer service. Currently serving as a Postal Clerk at Black Butte Ranch since December 2021, Jonathan contributes to the Postal and Business Center within a resort setting. Prior experience includes working as a Level 2 Deskside IT Support Contractor at Gap Inc., providing support to the corporate user base, and serving as an IT Technician at Stanford Hotels Corp., where responsibilities spanned helpdesk operations, network security, and project management. Jonathan’s earlier roles include a Crew Member at Trader Joe's and AV Student Manager and AV Technician at Saint Mary's College of California, where skills in customer interaction and technical support were developed. Education includes an Associate of Science degree from Saint Mary's College of California, with a Bachelor's in Sociology currently in progress.
