Daniel Kim has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2018 as a Research Associate at the Virginia Tech Hume Center. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at CACI International Inc. twice. Later in 2019, they became a Research Associate at the Virginia Tech Hume Center, and in 2020, they became a Software Engineer at CACI International Inc. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Black Cape, a role they have held since 2022.
Daniel Kim attended Virginia Tech from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In 2021, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA. In 2022, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
