Justin Shelton

Justin Shelton has held various roles in the tech industry, beginning in 2008 when they were a System Administrator and Help Desk Analyst at Northrop Grumman. Justin then moved to Ideal Innovations, Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Field Service Technician and Database Administrator. In 2011, they joined EOIR Technologies, Inc. - A Polaris Alpha Company, taking on the role of Database Administrator. In 2013, Justin became an Associate Project Manager at CACI International Inc and a Technologist at HumanGeo. Justin then founded Ox Technologies LLC in 2018, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Pivot Analysis in 2019. Most recently, Justin has been a Director of Software Engineering at Black Cape since 2019 and a Board Member at Rolling Valley Swim & Tennis Club since 2022.

Justin Shelton has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Radford University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Southwest Virginia Community College between 2005 and 2008. Justin has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2022, Neo4j Certified Professional from Neo4j in June 2022, Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org in June 2016, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in June 2016, and Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2016.
