Kristin Greenslit is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Kristin started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Manager for Sealing Agents and Affiliated Companies. In 2007, they moved to Kramer Financial Group as an Operations Manager. From 2010 to 2011, they were self-employed as a Business Technology and Process Consultant. During this time, they also worked as a Technical Trainer for Apple. In 2015, they joined General Assembly for a Web Development Immersive Program and also worked as a User Interface Developer for Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2017, they became a Front End Lead for Deloitte, and in 2020 they were appointed as the Director of Software Engineering for Black Cape. At ZocDoc, they were a Technical Operations Associate and was responsible for monitoring and maintaining database integration technology, editing practice websites, collaborating with staff engineers to develop software, and co-designing a JavaScript alert tool that improved the rate of delayed calls to clients.

Kristin Greenslit obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies and Double Minor in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2004. In 2006, they obtained a Digital Design Certification from The Art Institutes. In 2015, they completed a Web Development Immersive Program at General Assembly. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including an Agile Certified Professional from ICAgile in 2017, a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International in 2016, an Apple Certified Trainer from Apple in 2013, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2022, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2021.
