Robert McKinlay

Robert "Angus" McKinlay is an experienced professional in the civil construction industry, currently serving as Plant Hire Manager and Site Manager at Black Cat Civil Pty Ltd since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading teams of machine operators, labourers, and contractors.
