Ramzi Bouri

Ramzi Bouri is the current CFO at Black Cat Engineering & Construction W.L.L. Ramzi has previous experience as an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche, where they supervised an Initial Public Offering (IPO) assignment of Nakilat. Ramzi also lead and managed an assignment for First Finance Company to conduct 100% review of their outstanding credit facilities.

From May 2009 to December 2019, Ramzi Bouri worked as the Chief Financial Officer at United Readymix Company. During their time there, they lead the implementation of full package of financial and management systems processes in order to restructure the finance and support services divisions. Ramzi was also responsible for developing bank relations, building successful business relations, reviewing and implementing contracts, and negotiating business opportunities.

Ramzi Bouri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk. Their major was in accounting and they also earned a minor degree in finance and banking sciences.
